  • Camryn, Kalani, Kendall and Nia created their own separate team this week and were rehearsing at 8 Count Dance Academy, with Chloe Lukasiak joining their team. However, Brynn, Elliana, Lilliana and Maesi all remained at the ALDC LA.
  • Following the competition, Abby confirmed that she was officially departing from the show.[2] In addition to this, Ashlee confirmed that she and Brynn would not be returning either.[3] The following week it was confirmed that Elliana, Lilliana and Maesi, along with their mothers had also quit the show.

  • During the week it was confirmed that Cheryl Burke would be replacing Abby as the main choreographer on the show.[4][5]
  • Despite having claimed to have quit the show after filming for the previous episode, the ALDC team were present at the competition, with Miranda Maleski has replacing Abby as the coach for the ALDC.

  • Starting October 8, Elliana and Maesi are doing ALDC meet and greets all over the country with Gianna.[12]
