Keara Jennifer Nichols[4] is a dancer from the Murrieta Dance Project.
Keara first appeared as a guest dancer for Candy Apple's Dance Center, in the fourth season episode Blame It on the New Girl.
In Dance Moms[]
- In Blame It on the New Girl, Keara was invited to participate in the CADC group dance "The Last Dance" however it was pulled and not competed. She did not return to compete with the Candy Apple's Dance Center when "The Last Dance" was performed in Decisions Decisions.
- In Hello Hollywood, Goodbye Abby, she was in the group dance "Unstoppable" with Murrieta Dance Project and it placed 1st overall.
- In Maddie vs. Kalani, she dances with her group, as well as in a solo, "Resurgence."
Other information[]
- Her favorite style was contemporary;[5] more recently, Keara has said she has no favorite style, loving them all.[6]
- She enjoys tumbling.[7]
- In 2014/2015, she was training 4 to 6 hours per day, six days per week.[8]
- She also acts, sings, and models; as well as enjoying swimming and reading.[9]
- She started dancing when she was four.[10]
- Her favorite thing about dance is the feeling of walking offstage after a successful performance.[11]
- She isn't a big fan of Dance Moms; but after being on the show twice and meeting everyone, she says her favorite on the show is either Maddie or Kalani.[12]
- In April and May of 2015, she was hurt with an Achilles tendon injury and unable to dance,[13] a period where she missed one of her studio's filmings for Dance Moms.
