In their hometown of Pittsburgh, PA, the ALDC embarks on their final competition before their big official move to Los Angeles. But when only two girls show up to compete, chaos takes over and tempers flare. Cathy and Jeanette bring top notch routines to try and take the ALDC down, but without a full team, the threat from ALDC's rivals takes a backseat to the risk of disqualification.

Other Information
- Jump competition, February 13-15. Jump events are not filmed for the show. (In light of rumors, it may be noteworthy that Nia participated with the ALDC at this competition on Friday and Saturday. And it may also be noteworthy that only Maddie, Kalani, Mackenzie and Kendall were Jump VIP winners and runner-ups; and not Nia or JoJo.) Sophia Lucia also attended this event, but as a non-competitor, serving instead as an event assistant, and performing her solo "Arwen's Vigil" at closing ceremonies.
- Short, incomplete summary of results from Jump (duets and groups are excluded in this brief summary, as are ALDC members not on the Junior Elite team):
- Nia solo: "Never Knew" - High Gold
- Kendall solo: "Rise and Fall" (Jazz) - High Gold, 2nd in Junior Division (Tie)
- Mackenzie solo: "Take That" (Specialty) - High Gold, 3rd in Mini Division (Tie)
- Maddie "All of God's Creatures (Contemporary) - You rocked JUMP!, 1st in Junior Division (Tie)
- Kalani and JoJo did not have solos, but did compete at Nuvo in Minneapolis the next week, unaccompanied by other members of the ALDC, during the midseason filming break. Kalani's solo placed first (competing for Club Dance), JoJo's solo placed 5th (competing for Underground Dance Factory). Both were Winners for Nuvo Female Breakout Artists (Official Nuvo Results for Minneapolis, February 20-22)
- Female Jump VIP winners: Mackenzie (mini), Maddie (junior), Kalani (teen)
- Female Jump VIP runner-ups: Kendall (junior)
- Female Jump VIP no results: Nia, JoJo
- Attending ALL classes is a requirement for placing as Winner or Runner-Up as Jump VIP.[4] Besides not placing as Jump VIP's, JoJo and Nia had been the two Junior Elite members at the "Star in Your Own Life" music video premiere. A non-cast ALDC dancer accounted for the absence of herself and other ALDC members from Nia's video premiere party by saying, "we were busy competing we support Nia it was just a scheduling conflict."[5] (CADC and BDA dancers had instead attended Nia's music video premiere. Neither Cathy's nor Jeanette's studio competed in any fashion at this Jump event.)
- Kendall has spoken of the possibility of going to The 2015 Dance Awards. Placing as JUMP VIP or Nuvo Breakout Artist (in both cases, as Winner or Runner-up) is a requirement for competing in the Best Dancer category at The Dance Awards (with eligibility also coming from the equivalent Non-Stop Dancer award at 24 Seven competitions.) Kira has more explicitly made clear the greater importance in winning as Jump VIP, as Kalani has won previously as Female Best Dancer (Junior) at The Dance Awards in 2013.[6][7][8][9]
- Official results from Jump site

- Short, incomplete summary of results from Jump (duets and groups are excluded in this brief summary, as are ALDC members not on the Junior Elite team):
- Kaycee Rice was replaced with a Candy Apples studio member, Tara Johnson. Vivi-Anne also was in their group routine.
- The CADC group is based on the Cathy's story of adopting Vivi and her becoming an American citizen.[10]
- Kalani did not perform her solo at the Starbound competition. According to Kira, the number was scratched while she was still competing at the Jump convention on Sunday (where she was one of three winners for teen JUMP VIP.)[11][12]
- The ALDC edged out a 1st place victory[13] over the CADC by
1/10th[14]half of one point. - Jennifer Roth posted a photo with Cathy and moms posing with a campus police officer, alluding to the idea of charges being filed as a "Big laugh!!!"[15]
- Rachelle Rak was a judge for this competition.[16]
- The BDA group dance "D-Town" can be assumed to be a reference to Detroit, Michigan, with Jeanette and Ava's studio located roughly between that city and Flint.
- Ashtin, Chloe Smith and Haley set up and released a video on their YouTube channel, 3 Strangers.
